Responsibilities:

What you'll be challenged to do:

TranSystems is looking for a Project Administrator - Bridge Inspection Data Entry to join our Tampa team. You will be responsible for data entry into the Florida Department of Transportation Bridge Management System and Electronic Data Management System facilitated via the Internet. Looking for a technical individual, detailed oriented with strong communication skills. Individual must be willing to take direction and produce accurate reports.

Responsibilities May Include:

Prepare and facilitate FARC Meetings

Enter work orders in MMS

Upload and perform QC checks in EDMS

Email monthly updates to clients

Maintaining spreadsheets/databases

Processing invoices

Inspection condition report preparation.

Organize and enter inspector's notes into the Bridge Management System.

Prepare structures inspection reports for submission.

Individual will be required interpret and convert measurements.

Qualifications:
What you bring to our firm:

High School Diploma with 5 years of Office experience.

Minimum (Basic knowledge of computers and typing at least 50 WPM is necessary).

Attention to detail.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).

Actively engages multiple perspectives when solving problems, seeks to learn from peers, and encourages reciprocal learning among team members.

What we'd prefer for you to bring to our firm:

Word and Excel proficiency a plus.

Knowledge of Adobe and/or Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Maps/Earth.

Knowledge of FDOT Mainframe and Bridge Management System.
