Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex information technology and telecommunications projects. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with a strong background in IT and consulting. Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and teams across various locations
Direct planning, production, and contract support activities
Establish and maintain effective management structures
Provide timely performance reporting and stakeholder updates
Coordinate meetings, develop and maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Develop and implement internal controls for management, administrative, and system engineering tasks
Maintain project management plans, integrated master schedules, and status reports Requirements:
Project or Program Management certification (e.g., PMP)
5+ years of program management experience
10+ years of leadership experience in IT and/or consulting
Experience with IT acquisition processes and milestones
Strong analytical and communication skills
DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level III
BS/BA or equivalent experience
