A Typical Day:
The Policies and Procedures Administrator will work independently to create and maintain a formal database that defines policies, procedures, and related best practices for each business unit within the division. As the Administrator, you will consult with various departments and with senior management to ensure all departments function in a cohesive manner utilizing processes that maximize effectiveness and comply with all legal requirements.

The Policies and Procedures Administrator will:

Work with various business leaders to identify policy and procedure priorities

Research and draft comprehensive policy and procedure documents considering business goals, compliance and legal requirements

Update existing policy and procedure materials

Implement and maintain a user-friendly procedure database

Coordinate with the training group to ensure training materials are updated with the most recent policies and procedures

Perform other related duties as required and assigned

Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant work experience

Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role

Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role

Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.

Salary:
$55,000 - $85,000
