Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities for the HR Generalist:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to both employees and management.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Assist with HR policies and procedures, including updating and implementing changes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications desired for the HR Generalist:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HR functions and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience.
