Health Plan Operations Director Opportunity Description

Our client is a growing population health organization looking to add a seasoned HEALTH PLAN OPERATIONS DIRECTOR to their leadership team. This position is based in the Tampa, FL area. Senior level leadership experience with a background in Medicare Advantage FL managed care, insurance or Florida health plans a must. A For-Profit background is ideal. We are looking for an autonomous, data-driven leader that can help navigate growth and operations. Relocation candidates welcome to apply!

Health Plan Operations Director Job Requirements

  • Strong managed care / Insurance financial leadership and Case Management experience.
  • Florida Health Plan experience needed
  • MBA preferred.
  • Understanding of Plan Benefit Design
Health Plan Operations Director Job Responsibilities
  • Comply with all State, federal and local government regulations, maintaining a strong position against fraud and abuse.
  • Comply with Company policies, procedures and standard practices.
  • Promote the Company through participation in community and professional organizations.
  • Participate proactively in improving performance at the organizational, departmental and individual levels .
