Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of managing commercial projects such as retail, office buildings, or industrial projects, preferably with budgets ranging from $1 million to $10 million.
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Pennsylvania.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
