SLIGO is a Software Development and IT Consulting company. We have around 100 IT associates working with our esteemed clients across several domains such as IT, Banking, Healthcare, and Government.

We have an urgent requirement for Technical Project Manager position with our client.

Title: Applications Architect - with strong .NET

Location: On-site in Tallahassee, FL

Duration: Long term assignment

Local to FL candidates only and huge plus if candidates have prior state experience

The Contractor Representative's resume consisting of no more than three (3) pages and including

The Contractor Representative's educational qualifications, and demonstrating fulfillment of the

mandatory professional qualification requirements included in Attachment 5, Skills Matrix.

The STC's Exhibit E, Resume Self-Certification Form, completed by the Contractor Representative.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent
• work experience.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in multiple IT areas and 2 3 years of relevant architecture experience.
• Requires advanced to expert level knowledge and understanding of architecture, applications systems design
• and integration.
• Experience providing design recommendations based on long-term IT organization strategy.
• Experience developing enterprise level application and custom integration solutions including major enhancements and interfaces, functions and features
• Experience using a variety of platforms to provide automated systems applications.
• Experience providing expertise regarding the integration of applications across the Department.
• Experience determining specifications, then plans, designs, and develops the most complex and business critical software solutions, utilizing appropriate software engineering processes-either individually or in concert with the project team.
• Experience developing programming and development standards and procedures as well as programming architectures for code reuse.
• Experience in state-of-the art programming languages and object-oriented approaches in designing, coding, testing and debugging programs
• Experience in researching and maintaining knowledge of emerging technologies and possible applications to the Department.
• Experience in assisting in difficult support problems.
• Experience understanding and consistently applying the attributes and processes of current application development methodologies.
• Experience acting as a technical expert across multiple disciplines as well as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor, and change agent.
• Expeience as a .NET full stack developer.
• Experience ensuring application performance and security standards through best practices.
• Proficient in speaking and writing in the English language.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
