POSITION SUMMARY:
The Site Admin I will provide administrative support to on-site project management and staff, to include administrative functions, accounting reporting and serve as a liaison for employees. Assist corporate HR with new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements.
Responsibilities:
Serve as receptionist with duties to include answering phones, greeting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail, mail, copying, ordering and maintaining office supplies, etc.
Set-up and maintain reports and databases as requested
Assist corporate HR with new hire paperwork and onboarding requirements
Cross-train with other Administrative. Assistant on-site, (if applicable) to serve as back-up
All other duties as assigned
Must be highly organized and able to multi-task
Assist the Site Safety Coordinator as needed
Input, verify, and process timesheets for payroll
Maintain tracking, reporting, database spreadsheets needed for project
Reconcile management's purchasing card statements monthly
Assist all employees with questions on payroll and timesheets
Assist with equipment questions (scanner, copy machine, etc.)
Qualifications:
Qualifications
1-3 years' experience in administrative support position
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Be knowledgeable of MIC Health and Safety programs and project specific regulations.
When on-site, actively participate in daily toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
Set a personal example of safe behavior.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task
