Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

As the Onsite Community Association Manager (CAM) at RealManage, you are the primary ambassador, responsible for managing the daily operations of a community association. Your role is pivotal in delivering professional services in accordance with service level agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction, and assisting the Board of Directors in fostering community harmony and enhancing property values.

Responsibilities:

Overall Operations Management:

Oversee and manage all aspects of the community association's daily operations.

Advisory Role:

Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to the Board of Directors.

Enforcement of Community Rules:

Direct the enforcement of community rules and restrictions to maintain a harmonious living environment.

Community Harmony Promotion:

Actively promote community harmony by facilitating open communication and conflict resolution.

Contractor and Insurance Management:

Assist the board in hiring contractors and insurance carriers to ensure the community's maintenance and protection.

Vendor Payment Approval:

Oversee and approve payments to vendors providing services to the community association.

Budget Development:

Develop the community association budget in collaboration with the Board of Directors.

Financial Reporting:

Provide delivery and presentation of financial reports to the Board of Directors.

Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
Qualifications:

Minimum of two-years as an Onsite (HOA) property manager - required;

CMCA or state-equivalent certifications desired

Associates degree or higher

Customer service focused; CAMs service their client on a daily basis

Listening skills: CAMs need to listen to the problems of a client and provide a solution to meet the requests of the client

Proactive: CAMs must proactively communicate with their client, team members, and superiors

Management: CAMs must manage the budget, operations, schedules of a community association

Pay and Benefits:

$60,000 to $70,000, depending on education and experience.
