This reputable general contractor operates throughout the Florida property and construction market. They are currently looking for a strong interiors superintendent in multifamiyl construction for their branch in Sarasota, Florida.

Client Details

This reputable GC is throughout the country and has a strong presence in the state of Flroida, with local work to Sarasota, FL. They are actively working on residential apartment complexes in the area and are looking for someone strong in interiors to work on a $80M Multifamily project that includes a clubhouse, amenities and over 300 units. Description

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent will:

• Manage the job site from inception through completion.
• Communicate and meet regularly with subcontractors to assess project progress, schedule, changes, and deliveries.
• Proactively identify design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project-specific issues.
• Enforce safety protocols to ensure job site consistently meets or exceeds OSHA safety standards.
• Maintain appropriate documentation throughout the project including change order logs, RFI logs, and submittal lots.
• Communicate effectively with owners, construction managers, other superintendents, and project managers to ensure appropriate progress

Profile

The Multifamily Construction Superintendent should have:

• 6+ years of construction superintendent experience
• Experience building ground up multifamily projects
• OSHA certification preferred
• Demonstrated success leading projects and managing a large team
