As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

We are currently hiring a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality therapy services to our patients in Pensacola, FL and surrounding areas. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders while enjoying a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to address communication, articulation, language comprehension, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate patient care and treatment plans.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies to facilitate progress outside of therapy sessions.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), or eligibility for certification.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Alabama.
  • Previous experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of assessment and intervention techniques for speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
