Responsibilities: Syntelligent is seeking a Salesforce CRM Instructor/Trainer or upcoming, contingentwork supporting the Navy's HR Transformation in Pensacola, FL, Job Title: Full-Time Instructor - Salesforce/eCRM Training Program Location: Pensacola, Florida (On-site 3-5 days per week) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instructor to lead and develop a training program for Navy Recruiters on the effective use of Salesforce and eCRM for recruitment activities. This role requires a professional with at least 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, content creation, and technical training delivery. The ideal candidate will build a comprehensive curriculum, learner materials, and provide coaching, ensuring the training aligns with the latest Salesforce updates and eCRM functionality. This is an on-site role in Pensacola, FL, requiring in-person engagement to deliver impactful, hands-on instruction. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design, build, and continuously update a curriculum focused on Salesforce/eCRM training for Navy Recruiters, ensuring content relevance and alignment with program goals. Content and Material Creation: Develop learner-centric materials, guides, and coaching tools that facilitate technical understanding and skill-building in Salesforce and eCRM use for recruiting. Instructor Training: Train fellow instructors on delivering the course effectively, enabling consistent and high-quality learner experiences. Technical Adaptation and Content Updates: Review and analyze Salesforce release notes, specifically updates to Salesforce and eCRM, to adapt and enhance the training program promptly with any relevant changes. Collaboration with SMEs: Work collaboratively with Salesforce/eCRM Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine and improve the program content and delivery techniques. Classroom Instruction: Lead and deliver in-person training sessions, facilitating a hands-on, engaging learning environment for Navy Recruiters. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in curriculum development, technical training, or a related instructional design role. Proven ability to create, adapt, and deliver technically oriented training programs. Experience or familiarity with Salesforce and/or eCRM, including the ability to understand and apply release updates to training content. Strong presentation and coaching skills with the capability to simplify complex technical content for diverse learners. Collaborative mindset and experience working with SMEs to enhance instructional content. Availability to be on-site in Pensacola 3-5 days per week for classroom instruction and collaboration. Secret Clearance Required Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce certification or prior direct experience with Salesforce is a strong plus. Background in Navy, military training or experience training for government programs is a plus. Online applications only, please. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
