Join our growing company as an Agricultural Sales Specialist! Are you a passionate individual with experience in agricultural retail sales? We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to be a part of our team as we continue to establish ourselves as a leader in the agricultural industry.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing clients.

- Proactively seek out opportunities to expand our customer base.

- Provide expert advice and personalized recommendations on seed, fertilizer, and chemical products to meet the specific needs of each grower.

- Stay current and informed on industry trends, market conditions, and new product developments to offer valuable insights to our customers and drive sales.

- Work collaboratively with our internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our products and exceptional customer service.- Act as a brand ambassador, representing our company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction. Desired Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of experience in agricultural retail sales, with a proven track record of success.

- Superior communication and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer relationships and sales activities.

- Preference for Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) certification.

- In-depth knowledge of seed, fertilizer, and chemical products and their applications in agriculture.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment both independently and as a team player.

Competitive salary range of $55,000 - $70,000 base DOE plus commission based on performance
