Ghostrock , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Program Manager / Craft Master with a Secret Clearance to join our Team in Panama City, FL . Position Responsibilities: Program Manager/Craft Master is responsible for matters pertaining to the performance of services. They shall: Be responsible for the overall performance of all services required. Have the authority to act and make binding decisions. Meet with Government personnel designated by the PCO or the COR to discuss immediate problem areas. The Contractor shall coordinate with the COR on a daily, or mutually agreed upon basis to discuss work performed in support of this PWS. A mutual best-effort shall be made to resolve all problems identified. Any issues that cannot be resolved between the COR and Contractor PM shall be elevated to the cognizant NSWC PCD Contracting Officer for resolution. Conduct craft operations. Position Requirements: Five years' experience in managing and supervising personnel, material and day-to-day in port and at-sea scheduled/unscheduled operations. Hold a current United States Coast Guard (USCG) 100 Ton Master license - has the ability to perform Craft Master functions in port or at-sea. Experienced in crane operations and at-sea rigging. Possess the ability to run tracks within +/- 10 meters over 1,000 meter while towing instruments behind the craft, hold station in open water within 10 meters, conduct restricted maneuvering, and precision navigation within Global Positioning System (GPS) accuracy. Experience towing various arrays such as side scan sonar(s) and other test equipment and assets. This position is located in Panama City, FL.
