Salary range - $60,000 to $70,000 Travel - 30% Expeditionary Operations Research Analyst Summary: Position located at Tyndall AFB FL, Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC). The Expeditionary Operations Research Analyst will provide technical, engineering, and planning advisory and assistance services in support of the AFCEC. The role involves maximizing capabilities in various programs and supporting the missions of the AFCEC/CXX, including Strategic Planning, Process Mapping, Continuous Improvement, Acquisition Support Services, Expeditionary Engineering, Emergency Services, Readiness, Pavements, and Training. Responsibilities: Utilize Automated Data Processing (ADP) systems to disseminate project-specific information to all Air Force programs. Store, transmit, evaluate, and present data generated in support of AFCEC missions. Assist in producing visual media products, such as PowerPoint presentations, and coordinate with graphic illustrators. Work with geospatial information and assist in the development, training, and certification of Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) applications. Support the development of software applications by translating user requirements into applicable documents and assisting in creating various technical documents. Qualifications: - Associate degree and 10 years' experience in U.S. Air Force Civil Engineering career field or a minimum of 20 years' experience in the Air Force CE career field. Active Secret Clearance. Skills and Knowledge: Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively. Experience in TTP development, Unified Facilities Codes (UFC), Joint Construction Management System (JCMS), Agile Combat Support (ACS), training development, and SUAS operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software for data analysis and presentation. Expertise in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), GIS software, and Civil Engineer operations.
