Senior Accountant
Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:

As a Senior Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting continuous growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and posting journal entries, including accruals, deferrals, reclassifications, and cash transactions.
• Assisting with budget variance analysis.
• Reviewing and analyzing general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial information.
• Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets.
• Supporting the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Preparing monthly pay applications and billings.
• Identifying and driving process improvements.
• Providing support for internal and external audits.

Preferred Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3+ years of public accounting OR 6+ years of GL accounting experience.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Job costing or construction accounting experience is a plus.
