Orlando, Florida MEP Superintendent

Salary Range: $75,000 - $110,000 per year

Working Hours: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday. Note: Working hours may vary depending on project needs.
Company Vehicle (if available), otherwise reimbursement

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate MEP systems including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing.
- Interpret drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control procedures.
- Communicate with building inspectors and resolve issues.
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Support project managers in optimizing MEP designs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in MEP coordination.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction drawings, and codes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.

Additional Information:
- Salary ranges $75,000 - $110,000 annually. (Depending on Experience and Education up to $110k for great people)
