Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate Law Firm in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate is someone who is available to start immediately and lives in Orlando or the surrounding area. This opportunity is temporary-to-hire and fully on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Professionally answer telephone line, intakes, screen and direct calls
  • Process mail, receive and distribute deliveries, and delivery of outgoing mail daily
  • Document intake, processing and filing
  • Maintain inventory of office and kitchen supplies
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment, e.g., copier, scanner and phones
  • Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a professional office setting
  • Excellent skills in the areas of organization, attention to detail, time management, ability to manage multiple tasks, define and set priorities and problem solve
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a team player and willing to help others in their department whenever necessary
  • Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent required

Hourly Rate: $17.00
