Hospitality Operations Coordinator needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Orlando FL.
The Big Picture Top Skills Should You Possess:

• Administrative and/or accounting experience with strong analytical skill set
• Timeshare and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Coordinator experience
• Only candidates from Orlando, FL area (within 50 miles) will be considered at this time.
• Hourly Rate $20.00 hourly

What You'll Be Doing:

• Collect and/or validate data when interacting with our guests to ensure they receive the best experience with us
• Manage and protect company assets through all interactions
• Understand and implement operational procedures that govern our business
• Support new initiatives and help teams that are impacted by these changes
• Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly reporting needs
• Successfully leverage your resources (your team, leadership, procedural guides, etc.) to provide quick support to questions as they arise
• Validating data and reporting or answering questions from onsite business partners

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
• Microsoft Office experience is required. Excel experience is required
• Exceptional listener with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills with all customers, both internal and external, maintaining a positive brand image and company reputation.
• Must possess a positive, outgoing, professional demeanor, be self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.

Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred Qualifications:

• Timeshare and/or hospitality experience is a plus.
