JOB INFORMATION:
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Control Analyst to join our team. In this position, you are responsible for measuring, analyzing and reporting of daily, weekly and monthly inventory activities including cycle counting, reconciliations, variance reporting, data collection and processes for inventory security and integrity; includes extensive analysis of inventory transactions, processes and making recommendations for improving the management and control of the Company's inventory.

Accurate and timely tracking of inventory movements, transfers and shrinkage
Assist Management with the reporting and analysis of activity and balances of rental fleet and supplies inventory, including the reconciliation of inventory counts to financial sub-system records
Create reports on rental equipment recoveries for patients who no longer are paying or are qualified for this equipment
Identify inventory problems/issues and provide recommendations for solution
Measure and track key inventory performance indicators
Monitor and maximize location and distribution center inventory stocking levels
Monitor and report actual inventory levels to budget and forecasted balances
Research, identify and resolve inventory variances and discrepancies
Support Management by measuring and reporting physical inventory and cycle count results
Track patient rental equipment installed base to assure the company maximizes income from this equipment
Performs other duties as assigned
Travel
Travel to Company location via airplane and/or vehicle
QUALIFICATIONS:
Employment is contingent on
Background investigation (company-wide)
Drug screen (when applicable for the position)
Valid driver's license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Inventory Management, Business or related field or Two Year Associates Degree in Business, preferred
Experience with inventory, purchasing, logistics and/or financially working with inventory, preferred
One year of related work experience, preferred
Skills and Competencies
Accurately perform simple mathematical calculations
Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written
Interpret a variety of communications (verbal, non-verbal, written, listening and visual)
Maintain confidentiality, discretion and caution when handling sensitive information
Multi-task along with attention to detail
Self-motivation, organized, time-management and deductive problem solving skills
Work independently and as part of a team

Company information systems and locations of key database files within inventory, purchasing, billing, etc.
Database programs
Email transmission and communication
Extracting and manipulating data files across multiple databases, company purchasing and inventory management systems, Cognos data warehouse and other such programs
Internet navigation and research
Microsoft applications; Outlook, Word and Excel
Office equipment; fax machine, copier, printer, phone and computer and/or tablet
Physical Demands
Lift and carry office equipment at times
Requires sitting, walking, standing, talking and listening
Requires close vision to small print on computer and/or tablet and paperwork
