Job description
Are you an experienced docketing clerk interested in a full-time, permanent opportunity in Orlando, FL? You will be responsible for litigation and discovery docketing; calendaring; compiling, processing, and entering data from incoming mail, e-mail; preparing and distributing reports to legal teams; monitoring due dates and deadlines; assisting with special projects; and other tasks as assigned. Are you a highly organized, personable professional who exhibits extreme attention to detail? The right candidate will be a pleasure to work with—courteous yet meticulous, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Qualifications:
• 2+ year(s) of litigation docketing experience at a law firm
• Thorough understanding of legal docket calendaring practices
• Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail
• Excellent prioritization skills
Salary: $60,000-$65,000/yr.
