Cybersecurity Architect (Cross Domain Solution Experience) Location: Orlando, FL Required Clearance: TS-SCI Experience: 5-10 years Work Schedule: Hybrid, In office 2 days a week Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Architect with Cross Domain Solution (CDS) experience to join our team in Orlando, FL. This individual will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity solutions in high-security environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CDS technologies and hold a TS-SCI clearance. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement cybersecurity architecture with a focus on Cross Domain Solutions to ensure secure data exchange across security domains. Assess security architectures and recommend solutions to reduce security risks. Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures to ensure the protection of sensitive data and systems. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, network engineers, and project managers, to integrate security best practices into solutions. Lead security architecture assessments and work on complex cybersecurity issues. Ensure compliance with federal regulations, security policies, and industry best practices. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior cybersecurity personnel. Required Qualifications: Relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., DOD 8140 Advanced DOD 8570 IASAE Leve II or III or IAM Level III; Minimum Baseline Cert: CISM, CISSP, GSLC, CCISO (Choose 1) Bachelor's degree in relevant field. 5-10 years of experience in cybersecurity architecture, specifically with Cross Domain Solutions. Current TS-SCI clearance In-depth understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, DoD RMF) and compliance requirements. Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, encryption, and authentication mechanisms. Knowledge of risk management and security assessment methodologies. Familiarity with system hardening, security assessments, and penetration testing. Location: Orlando, FL Work Schedule: Hybrid, In office 2 days a week Full Time (40 hours/ week) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Certs- CISSP, ISSEP, CCSP, CISM Experience working in a government or defense environment. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with stakeholders at various levels.
