Job description

• Only qualified Business Analyst candidates located near the Lake Buena Vista, FL area to be considered due to the position requiring a 100% onsite presence

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced, multi-application technology environment

JIRA expertise: Proficient in creating user stories and issues, planning sprints, and distributing tasks across a technical team

Ability to filter tickets, summarize information quickly, and create dashboards and sprint reports/charts

Experience managing technical resources supporting multiple threads of work, creating status reports, and tracking project progress

Ability to assign target dates, identify blockers, and mitigate potential risks

Skilled in gathering technical requirements for business processes and ensuring adherence to these requirements for each task/ticket

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements: Ensure that all business needs are captured accurately and comprehensively

Develop and update documentation: Create and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and user stories to guide development

Lead Agile sprints: Oversee sprint activities, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards

Generate and handle JIRA tickets: Prioritize the backlog and ensure that all tickets are addressed promptly

Maintain product road map: Keep both short-term and long-term roadmaps updated to reflect current project status and future plans

Handle change requests and incidents: Use ServiceNow to manage and resolve change requests and incidents efficiently

Organize and document release activities: Ensure that all release activities are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders

Maintain clear communication: Keep stakeholders informed and manage their expectations effectively

Perform user acceptance testing: Conduct thorough testing to ensure that solutions meet user requirements and quality standards

Recognize and adopt process enhancements: Continuously look for ways to improve processes and adopt best practices

Develop and execute SQL queries: Formulate queries to support reporting and resolve issues
