Acquisition/Contract Analyst PEO STRI is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Acquisition/Contract Analyst to join our team in Orlando, FL. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of federal contracting regulations, policies, and procedures, with an emphasis on ensuring compliance and supporting contract management. The Acquisition/Contract Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely contracting processes, from initial acquisition planning through contract closeout. Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with the planning, development, and execution of contracts in support of federal acquisitions. Ensure all contracts adhere to federal contracting terms and regulations, including the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). Review and analyze acquisition documents to ensure compliance with applicable contracting regulations and standards. Support contract negotiations, modifications, and amendments as required. Track and monitor contract deliverables, timelines, and performance to ensure contractual obligations are met. Provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders regarding contract processes, procedures, and best practices. Collaborate with contracting officers, program managers, and legal teams to resolve contract-related issues. Maintain contract files and documentation in accordance with government regulations. Assist in contract closeout procedures, ensuring all contractual obligations have been met and proper documentation is on file. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years of experience in federal acquisition and contract management, with a focus on federal contracting regulations (FAR/DFARS). Familiarity with basic federal contracting terms, including solicitation, award, contract types, and contract administration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Secret Clearance Location: Orlando, FL Work Schedule: Hybrid, In office 2 days a week Full Time (40 hours/ week) Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or other federal agencies in contracting. Familiarity with procurement systems and software, such as the System for Award Management (SAM) and Procurement Desktop-Defense (PDu00b2). Experience with ERP systems, particularly GFEBS, is a plus. Certification in federal contracting (e.g., DAWIA or FAC-C) is a plus.
