Responsibilities:
Performs advanced level repairs and maintenance on all Kiosk and Slot machines and peripheral equipment. Demonstrates superior technical skills in regards to problem solving, troubleshooting and repairing Kiosk and slot products. Delivers superior customer service with attention to detail. Highly adaptable individual able to oversee projects from conception to completion. Sets an example for other Technicians to follow while also promoting the company's goals and values.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
May include but are not limited to:
Performs repairs, preventative maintenance, modifications and relocations of Kiosk, slot machines and peripheral devices
Conducts repairs to monitors, power supplies and other electronic assemblies under the supervision of the Slot Tech Supervisor or Slot Bench Technician).
Ensures all Kiosk and slot machines on the casino floor are operating according to company standards and coordinates with Slot Operations staff to ensure maximum efficiency
Responsible for the security of keys and all issued tools and equipment needed to perform the function of the position.
Calculates/performs progressive variance adjustments and any machine repairs
Assists in the coordination and performs any machine moves, modifications and conversions while prioritizing workloads and other projects
Circulates through the assigned area performing repairs as necessary
Investigates accounting variances of slot machines and completes any necessary repairs
Responsible for the initial set up and testing of all new slot products
Completes all regulatory/operational documents thoroughly and legibly including audits and verifications.
Assists in the training of subordinates and the development of new methods and techniques for training manuals
Maintains the integrity of the Kiosk and slot machine equipment and secure all company assets and property at all times
Delivers superior customer service when repairing any equipment
Performs other duties as required.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent with mechanical/electronic aptitude preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of slot repair experience and/or six (6) or more years with in an equivalent trade.
Must provide certifications and/or pass technical testing.
The ability to use basic hand tools and testing equipment.
Exhibits superior communications skills and abilities.
Must possess ability to solve practical problems using technical and industry knowledge.
Must have completed all electronic educational requirements.
Ability to successfully interface with all levels of the organization and manage multiple projects.
Time management and project management skills.
Collaboration and flexibility required.
Knowledge of Database and Internet communication technologies.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
