Extracts knowledge and insights from high volume, high dimensional data in order to investigate complex business problems through a range of data preparation, modeling, analysis and/or visualization techniques, which may include the use of advanced statistical analysis, algorithms, predictive modeling, experimentation and pattern recognition to create solutions that enable enhanced business performance Retrieves, analyzes and summarizes business, operations, customer and/or economic data in order to develop business intelligence, optimize effectiveness and/or predict business outcomes Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns and prepares ongoing reports and data visualizations (e.g., charts, dashboards, heat maps) in order to support business decisions Typically uses dedicated business intelligence applications and/or cloud services (e.g., Domo, Looker, PowerBI, Qlik, Tableau, SiSense), but may also leverage the reporting capabilities of existing ERP, CRM and/or database software vendors (e.g., Oracle BI, Salesforce, SAP Business Objects, Pentaho, SSRS)
This Lead Partner role requires the following skills and experience:
-Proficiency in proposal development and pricing analysis, including cost estimation and pricing strategies
- Experience with program controls, including project scheduling, material management, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of material planning concepts, inventory management, and supply chain processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effectively conveying proposals, project status, and recommendations to stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates
- Familiarity with government contracts and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems for material planning.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment, within the defense/aerospace industry or similar sectors
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to develop and review proposals, pricing models, and cost estimates
- Experience with material planning processes, including demand forecasting, procurement, and inventory optimization
- Familiarity with government contracting processes and compliance requirements
- Previous experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
Major Position Responsibilities:
Performs clerical duties associated with Business Data Analytics
Performs clerical functions to assist in the analysis of business data for use in decision making and organizational efficiency improvement initiatives.
Runs reports to provide data for various analytical projects.
Gathers data from multiple data sources or functional areas, ensures data accuracy and integrity, and updates data as needed.
Supports less experienced colleagues with analytics.
Basic Qualifications:
Required Education: High School Diploma/GED and 7-8 years of experience or equivalent combination of relevant education and or experience
Preferred Education: Associate's Degree
