The Regional Coaching Consultant plays a vital role in providing Leadership Skills, Predictive Practice and Sustainment to our Regional Planning Consultants and Fidelity Wealth and Brokerage Leadership.

The Expertise We re Looking For

  • Ten years of sales experience in the financial service industry
  • Experience with advanced planning and book of business practice management
  • Series 7, 63 required
  • CFP certification preferred
  • ICF coaching credential preferred

The Purpose of Your Role

The Regional Coaching Consultant works strategically with key leaders and business partners to deliver and sustain leadership development and coaching skills for all members of our Distribution Leadership staff.

The goal of the RCC team is to prepare our Wealth and Brokerage Leadership staff to coach and develop our associates to tailor Fidelity s solutions to meet their customers unique needs today and in the future.

The Skills You Bring

  • Candidate must have a proven track record of developing, coaching and sustaining leader or associate skills
  • Superior communication and presentation skills with respect to small team meetings and/or large scale seminars & workshops
  • Relevant knowledge of Fidelity culture and customer base, our products, tools, services and distribution model
  • Ability to drive national initiatives and coordinate effectively with peers in regional centers and investor center regions
  • Advanced financial planning expertise and experience

The Value You Deliver

  • Coaching New Leaders through their first year of development by providing basic skills, predictive practice and sustainment focused on the Leadership 5 Skills
  • Coaching tenured and senior Leaders through skill refinement around the Leadership 5 Skills
  • Providing skill assessments, personal 1:1 sessions, and regional development opportunities, in-person or virtually.
  • Facilitating the “New Leader Experience” and other Experiences as they are created.
  • Sharing financial planning expertise to appropriately position Fidelity's retail guidance tools, products, and planning strategies
