Our beautiful newly re-opened Baleen restaurant is looking for a passionate Restuarant Manager with an outgoing personality, that wants to elevate the dining experience, while creating memories for guests to lead the team. Requirements:With this opportunity, you will;
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Baleen team members, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and the Company's standard of excellence is met.
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items, portion sizes, sauces garnishes and prices, daily specials.
- Managing daily house counts, arrivals/departures and VIP member reservations, designated seating and special requests.
- Work cross-functionally with the Sales Team on group activities.
- Have an excellent knowledge of all liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections available in Baleen, including special promotions.
- Establish par levels for supplies and equipment.
- Requisition linens/skirting required for business as needed.
- Meet with Culinary to review daily specials and 86'd items; and conduct daily line up to keep team members to ensure they are updated on these changes prior to start of the service.
- Prepare and manage weekly work schedules for the team, based on labor forecasts and business needs at the resort, and timely submit payroll.
- Monitor the preparation of station assignments and work with the team to ensure preparations are complete prior to opening.
- Handle guest opportunities on first impact and ensure all guests have an experience up to Noble House Hotels standards.
- Attend F&B and mangers meetings as required.

You can own it if you have,
- A minimum of 2 experience in fine dining Restaurant Management
- Attend and participate in-services as required by federal, state, and company requirements
- Must be able to communicate to guests, and resolve issues in an expedient which leaves them satifisfied
- Must be detail oriented, to ensure the restaurant and team meet the standards of excellence expected by our guests.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, work long hours as needed, and lift up to 25 pounds.
