Job Title: Warehouse Data Entry Clerk

Job Type: Full-time

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Warehouse Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and supporting warehouse operations. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English, as well as experience operating a cherry picker and both seated and standing forklifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data in the inventory management system.
• Process shipping and receiving documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Operate cherry pickers and forklifts (seated and standing) to move products and materials safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with warehouse team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and effective communication.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including organizing products and maintaining a clean workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in a warehouse or data entry role preferred.
• Certification and experience operating cherry pickers and forklifts (seated and standing).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
