Job description

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee commercial construction projects in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Description

  • Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for commercial projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and project success.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
  • Resolve on-site issues and troubleshoot any problems that arise.
  • Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction. They should have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with project management software and knowledge of building codes and safety regulations are required. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
