This job is contingent upon successful award and subsequent funding. Job Purpose: The Personnel Recovery Coordinator works onsite for a US Government client and supports that client's personnel recovery support mission within the AOR. Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist USSOUTHCOM PR Branch Chief and PR Officers in the development of procedures and programs to integrate PR activities with interagency partners and Partner Nations.
Assist USSOUTHCOM PR Branch Chief and PR Officers to develop PR response SOPs, checklists, DoD supplements to PR plans (Command and post level), country PR plans, Evasion Plan of Action (EPA) management, and Isolated Persons Report (ISOPREP) Programs.
Conduct informal/supplemental SERE and PR training for DoD, IA, and PN personnel, as directed by the USSOUTHCOM PR Branch Chief.
Support components' exercises and operations as directed by the USSOUTHCOM PR Branch Chief.
Develop and maintain accurate event logs and PR reports IAW standardized formats and templates provided in USSOUTHCOM Regulation 0511 to ensure an immediate, coordinated, and effective response to isolating incidents.
Coordinate with USSOUTHCOM, applicable Component Commands, and Interagency partners, for intelligence, operational, logistical, legal, medical, and personnel support during personnel recovery incidents.
All other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum of 3 years performance as a member of a Personnel Recovery Coordination Cell or Joint Personnel Recovery Center.
Minimum of 3 years conducting personnel recovery planning and execution services in a U.S. code Title 22 (Chief of Mission) environment.
SERE Level C training that included Peacetime Governmental Detention and Hostage Detention Resistance Training Labs IAW Joint Personnel Recovery Agency training standards.
Current US Government TS/SCI security clearance
Willingness to work on-site in Doral, FL
