Are you a highly experienced litigation secretary interested in a full-time, permanent job opportunity at an fantastic law firm in Miami, FL? You will be responsible for handling scheduling; managing and processing all vendor invoicing, client billing, check requests, and expense reports; attorney time entry; distributing mail; coordinating extensive domestic and international travel; screening calls and responding to all incoming communications; scheduling appointments and meetings; drafting, formatting, and revising correspondence and legal documents, including pleadings, briefs, filing and e-filing in state and federal courts. You will be expected to not let anything fall through the cracks, including following up on meeting action items, heavy deadline and calendar management, sometimes scheduling complex travel last minute, and more. Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of solid litigation secretary experience, complex litigation is a must!

  • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • A thorough understanding of federal and state filing/e-filing procedures, calendaring, and legal document formatting guidelines

  • Solid organizational skills with a proactive, determined attitude when it comes to your work

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, no-job-too-small mindset

  • Works well under pressure

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr.
