Description

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects.
  • Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to assess project needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure accurate project bids.
  • Review and evaluate subcontractor bids to ensure alignment with project requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and labor costs.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contract negotiations.

Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in construction estimating or 3+ years with a relevant college degree.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
