Monte Nido has been delivering treatment for eating disorders for over two decades. Our work is grounded in evidence-based strategies for adults and adolescents suffering from eating disorders. We work from a multi-disciplinary treatment team approach while integrating state-of-the-art medical, psychiatric, nutritional, and clinical strategies to provide comprehensive care within an intimate home setting.
The Director of Adult Virtual Programs will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our virtual adult treatment services. This role is pivotal in managing program delivery, ensuring smooth operational workflows, and maintaining the highest quality of care. You will oversee the clinician and administrative teams, ensure effective utilization of resources, and continually refine processes to optimize the patient experience. The Director will also ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and manage clinician licensure across multiple states, enabling seamless care for patients wherever they are located.

Responsibilities Include
Lead the day-to-day operations of the adult virtual eating disorder program, focusing on clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
Supervise and support therapists, dietitians, and other staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication among team members.
Ensure that all aspects of the virtual program comply with healthcare regulations, including state licensure and telehealth requirements.
Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure that care plans are followed, patient outcomes are monitored, and treatment quality is consistently high.
Oversee patient flow and clinical schedules to ensure optimal utilization of virtual care platforms and resources.
Refine and streamline operational processes to enhance clinical efficiency, reduce administrative burdens, and improve the patient experience.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems that improve program delivery and clinician effectiveness.
Ensure that therapists, dietitians, and other staff are supported with ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring staff are engaged, supported, and empowered to provide exceptional care.
Collaborate with finance and leadership to manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery of virtual services.
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and care quality by ensuring adherence to organizational policies, protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications
Licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or equivalent) with experience in behavioral health or eating disorder treatment preferred.
Proven experience managing clinical teams, including therapists, dietitians, and recovery coaches, in a virtual healthcare setting.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage diverse teams and optimize clinical workflows.
In-depth knowledge of telehealth regulations, clinician licensure processes, and healthcare compliance across multiple states.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving clinical outcomes and operational efficiency.
Experience with budget management and resource allocation within a healthcare setting.
Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and leadership teams to ensure smooth program delivery.
Master's degree in clinical psychology, social work, or a related field is required.
