Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong administrative and leadership background
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to make reports and presentations
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee our Worker's Compensation Program.
Oversee daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflows
Provide excellent care to employees visiting the clinic.
Maintain communication between clinic staff, employees, and manager/Supervisor.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Provide compassionate support to patients and families
