Job description

Overview:
Bermello Ajamil, a Woolpert Company (BA) is currently accepting applications for an Architectural Designer for the Healthcare team for its Coral Gables office. The ideal candidate should be able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices on a broad array of assignments and building types, and translate conceptual ideas into detailed plan and construction documents.

Responsibilities:
Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture

Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity

Performs analyses of design, planning and occupancy studies and limited design layouts

Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.

Writes reports and specifications

Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates and calculations

Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 - 3 years' experience in Architecture
• Must have, at minimum, a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture; Master's Degree a plus
• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT, and Sketchup
• Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
