Overview:
The Asset Based Lending Operations Manager is primarily responsible for monitoring of the Asset Based Lending (ABL) portfolio which includes traditional ABL line of credit, equipment leasing, purchase orders, premium financing, floor plan lines of credit, tax certificates and mortgage warehousing lines of credit. Ensures that all follow established policies and procedures and adhere to contractual agreements with the Bank.

Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for all monitoring efforts to assess the value, condition, and integrity of collateral assets that secure ABL loans. Reviews and approves ongoing clients' line of credit funding and payment requests in coordination with the ABL/Factoring Manager. Performs ongoing monitoring of customers' accounts and Bank relationship to determine any potential fraud related activity or non-compliance with the loan agreement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field of study such as Accounting or Finance and five (5) to years of experience in Financial Service Audit or Bank Audit; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Banking Operations experience is highly preferred.

Prior experience as an ABL Field Examiner is preferred.

Supervisory experience is preferred.

Prior audit experience in a wide range of client industries and collateral field examination programs is required.

Must possess a formal credit training background.

Strong background and experience with audit methodologies and techniques

Excellent written and verbal skills

Strong time management and organizational skills

Must possess strong credit skills, be knowledgeable of credit policies and have working knowledge of credit and financial analysis.

Must possess strong analytical, organizational, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Must possess the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.

Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
