Job description

Job Title: Revenue Solutions Manager - Enterprise Knowledge Solutions Job Overview: The Revenue Solutions Manager will lead sales efforts, develop revenue strategies, and drive marketing for Enterprise Knowledge Software Solutions. In coordination with the Director of Business Development, this role is responsible for generating and selling innovative product solutions to both Department of Defense (DoD) and commercial enterprises. A key focus will be acquiring early adopters to validate and expand market reach while ensuring customer retention and satisfaction. The individual will manage all marketing initiatives directly, ensuring alignment with sales goals. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Leadership Sales Process Optimization: Design and implement an optimized sales process that drives efficiency and accelerates product adoption. Lead Generation: Develop lead generation strategies to build a pipeline of potential customers, with a focus on identifying and onboarding early adopters to establish market validation. Selling the Product: Actively engage with prospects and customers to sell the knowledge curation solution, communicating its value and differentiation in the market. Customer Relationships: Build and nurture relationships with key customers, ensuring a strong foundation for long-term loyalty and satisfaction. Customer Feedback: Gather and apply feedback from early adopters and other customers to drive continuous product improvement and innovation. • Marketing and Go-to-Market Strategy Marketing Execution: Direct and implement go-to-market strategies, leveraging early adopters as proof points to scale the product's presence in both DoD and commercial markets. Analytics Setup: Implement analytics tools to measure sales and marketing effectiveness, ensuring data-driven decision-making. Performance Tracking: Regularly assess marketing and sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize customer acquisition and engagement. • Revenue and Strategy Development Revenue Planning: Create and execute comprehensive revenue strategies that support company growth and product expansion. Pricing Models: Develop pricing strategies that capture value and maximize revenue while remaining competitive. Revenue Forecasting: Provide accurate revenue forecasts for budgeting and financial planning, using tools like Salesforce. • Financial Oversight Budget Management: Oversee the allocation of sales and marketing resources to maximize return on investment (ROI), ensuring efficient use of the budget. Qualifications: • Experience: 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, strategy formulation, and/or partner management, with a demonstrated ability to sell product solutions, especially to early adopters. • Communication: Strong communication and persuasion skills, capable of building relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Sales and Marketing: Expertise in managing both sales and marketing initiatives, with a proven ability to drive product adoption and revenue growth. • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategies, prioritize tasks effectively, and thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects. • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
