Experience sourcing for engineering and technical skills
Full life cycle recruiting
Multi-site experience Able to manage multi requisitions at a time (20-25+)
Experience with Excel and Outlook
Strong Negotiation skills
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Management with a minimum of 4 years of experience or a minimum of 8 years' experience in lieu of degree Nice to Haves:
Experience recruiting in Aerospace and defense industries 2 yr or 4 year degree, preferred but not required
Job Description:
Responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting, sourcing a strong pipeline of qualified candidates, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and presenting and negotiating job offers to candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs, ensure quality of selection and timeliness of hire
Pre-screen potential candidates for full-time employee openings; assess candidates' qualifications and culture fit through behavioral-based interviews and competency-based evaluations; interview prospective candidates on a consistent set of qualifications and educate candidates on the company; submit qualified candidates to Hiring Managers
Prepare salary offers in collaboration with compensation specialists and HR Business Partner
Uphold legal requirements and company hiring policies, coaching and guiding managers accordingly
Proactive tracking of progress and all work in the applicant tracking system to ensure metrics are captured and goals are met
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or equivalent area with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting
Exercised effective influence, consulting, and negotiating skills
Experience working in a team-oriented, customer service environment
