HVAC SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

SALES REPRESENTATIVE
A leading Mechanical Contractor is looking for a the right candidate that can generate and secure HVAC System related sales with new and existing customers to increase company profitability.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:


  • Promote, sell, and secure new accounts.
  • Facilitate customer product selection.
  • Service existing accounts with necessary custom products, time, and information.
  • Develop services quotations, finalize contracts
  • Assist with product selection best suited to customer needs.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, sale terms, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.
  • Estimate materials from blueprints provided by customers/contractors.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Assist in accounts receivable collection.
  • Attend and participate in training, participate in business unit sales meetings, when required.
  • Perform other assigned duties, responsibilities, or tasks.


Desired Qualifications:


  • Complete and pass a drug, alcohol, background screen and Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
  • Minimum of 5 years of full cycle solution sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline discipline preferred
  • Speak, write, and communicate effectively in the English language.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Interpret written, oral, diagrams, and schedule-form instructions
  • Calculate figures and amounts (i.e., discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, etc.).
  • Utilize Microsoft Office products (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Learn and utilize Envisioneer software.


Sales Representatives WORK ENVIRONMENT / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


  • Work in both an indoor and outdoor setting.
  • Sell services within the portfolio
  • Responsible for working directly with building owners, and facility directors,
  • Customer Retention
  • Regularly sit, use hands, reach with arms and hands, talk, and hear.
  • Focus areas- Commercial, Industrial, Medical, Education, Hospitality facilities, Government, and other institutonal campuses.
