Job description

- Excellent salary; negotiable depending on experience
- 10-12 scheduled patients per day; 30 minute routine office visit with no double booking

- Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Shared after hours phone call
- Managed care model. Greater emphasis on preventive care and education rather than high volumes.
- Requires experience with documenting progress notes with HCC risk conditions
- Very personal service
- 7 provider practice
