Job description

Opportunity: Hotel Night Supervisor Contribute to property maintenance and guest safety by conducting regular walks around the hotel. This position supports operations departments by addressing guest requests and handling other related tasks. Essential Job Functions Process laundry on a regular or hourly basis to maintain desired stock levels for the next morning. Set up House Attendant bins and Room Attendant carts. Assist the Front Desk and act as a bellman if there is a guest checking in overnight. Handle service calls, including towel and amenity deliveries, as well as basic housekeeping and/or engineering tasks. Organize storage and laundry rooms to ensure efficiency. Conduct hourly property walks, assist guests with inquiries, and check public areas (lobby, restrooms, walkways). Inspect dumpster areas and secure all main doors for guest rooms and administrative areas. Check and ensure all property lights are functioning properly. Empty trash bins throughout the property. Position Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance experience preferred. Previous customer service experience is highly desirable. Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to speak, read and write in English. Work Environment and Context Work schedule varies and may include working on holidays, and weekends. Requires standing for extended periods, walking , lifting up to 25 pounds, bending and reaching.
