Job Type Full-time Description What You'll Do: As the Training Expert - EWOP, you will develop the material required to train the Triton and P-8A Inc 3 FIT instructors and Fleet aircrew. This includes developing and delivering source material, curriculum, and courseware to accomplish training in accordance with Navy schedules. This position will be based in our Jacksonville, FL office. Specific responsibilities of the Training Expert - EWOP will include the following: Develop a list of appropriate lesson topics for the Triton and P-8A Inc 3 aircrew.
Support the Navy Test Teams in NAS Patuxent River, MD, and the Triton and INC 3 Fleet Introduction Teams (FITs) in Jacksonville, FL and Whidbey Island, WA Develop courseware which enables self-paced learning/study, e.g., Multi-INT Triton FRS and Post-FRS lessons, training device events, and scenarios
Assist in weapon system simulators and training devices to develop and evaluate training products
Research technical and procedural information related to MPRA ISR related missions, testing, and training.
Coordinate and organize technical and procedural information for implementation into MPRA courseware
Instruct MPRA classroom lectures
Research and analyze intelligence sources for courseware development and fleet integration

It is intended to describe the general nature of the position. Requirements Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related, technical experience is required. If no degree is held, qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of related experience.
MQ-4C Multi-INT MPO or EP-3E EWOP instructor, required
Must have demonstrated MQ-4C JMPS experience
Expertise with MINOTAUR software and operations experience, required
MERLIN experience is required
Qualified Mission Systems Trainer (MST) or Weapons Systems Trainer (WST) instructor, required
Proficiency with MS Office and Adobe programs, required
Qualified electronic classroom and Mission Avionics System Trainer (MAST) instructor, desiredWho You Are: You are able to establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers

Salary Description $95,000 - $105,000 annually
