The HR Resiliency - Recovery and Resolution Planning

The team is responsible for coordinating all required activities under guidance from the Finance Capital Planning Review Team. Key objectives are to establish a centralized and consistent framework for independent review and challenge, enable an end-to-end perspective within HR, and increase transparency of methodologies, processes, governance and results. This role will support the HR Resiliency team to design and implement governance, oversight and reporting for the HR responsibilities to comply with the client's programs, in particular the identification of key personnel and employee retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR Resiliency team to design and implement governance, oversight and reporting

  • Project manage the successful and timely completion of all HR assigned activities and milestones for all RRP programs: key personnel identification, retention programs for employees in critical operations and legal entities, and complementary retention programs for key

    employees not in scope.

  • Coordinate the completion of milestones and deliverables with other HR teams and Client businesses and functions

  • Create and execute training sessions with business managers on new resiliency topics

  • Coordinate the documentation and review of deliverables to be submitted with the regulators

  • Identify and escalate roadblocks to management and propose corrective action plans to ensure deadlines are met

  • Other skills: strong verbal and written communication, experience with effective reporting to senior management and communication with second and third lines of defense

    Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience. Preferred with experience on resiliency programs and/or deep understanding of the Human Resources processes

  • Highly motivated with attention to detail, team oriented, organized

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging

  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior leaders

  • Demonstrates ability to assess complex issues through root cause analysis and other analytical techniques; structure potential solutions; drive to resolution with senior stakeholders

  • Ability to influence and lead people across cultures at a senior level using sound judgment and successful execution, understanding how to operate effectively across diverse businesses

  • Experience with and previous exposure to internal or external control functions and regulators

  • Ability to challenge business management and escalate issues when appropriate

    Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred Master's degree.
