Job description
The Junior Systems Administrator will provide systems administration and IT maintenance activities as required to support 24/7/365 operations across all AFOSC PED sites. Essential Job Functions: Provide first-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. Interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problems. Simulate or recreate user problems to resolve operating difficulties and/or errors. Recommend systems modifications to reduce user problems. Assist with CERP cycle rollouts to include hardware installation. Refer more complex problems to intermediate and/or senior level, as required.
