Job description

Titan Technologies, LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced, self-directed, Audio Visual/Video Teleconferencing (AV/VTC) Scheduler/Technicians to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team, you will help to assist USSOCOM, Service Component Commands, Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC), and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow, communications, and connectivity globally. The AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician requires excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as thorough knowledge of AV/VTC hardware, software and network connections. The Scheduler/Technician must have expertise in scheduling VTC sessions in VTC bridges, hands-on experience with debugging the interoperation of VTC bridges and end points, as well as experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting AV equipment (displays, microphones, sound boards etc.) The AV/VTC Scheduler/Technician shall manage and provide day-to-day support for desktop VTC units. Duties include but are not limited to: Plan, install, configure, operate, maintain, defend, manage, repair, and update the VTC components to include perform software updates, account management, and schedule conferences.
Recommend upgrades to VTC systems at least annually and incorporate approved upgrades when acquired by the Government.
Monitor VTC services to facilitate the early detection of incidents, impending outages.
Provide remote support for deployed VTC and install, configure and maintain VTC endpoints
Troubleshoot and repair hardware and network connectivity issues.
Remove old equipment and perform data migration to new machines.
Support AV requirements for Command events and ceremonies. Required qualifications: 4+ years of experience supporting and troubleshooting AV/VTCs equipment in Government environment, as well as troubleshooting and fixing AV/VTC hardware and software.
Maintain, setup, monitor, and troubleshoot video equipment.
DoD 8570.01-M IAT II Certificate is required.
Some positions may require shift work and/or an ability to work a non-standard work schedule to support the USSOCOM mission.
Bachelor's degree and/or 3-5 years of experience
