Responsibilities:
The Maintenance Technician will report to the assigned Community Association Manager(s).

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Part time

Pool Maintenance and Pool Chemicals

General Handyman Functions

Weekly/Monthly Maintenance Checks and Repairs

Janitorial

Maintain and Store Chemicals as per Regulatory Requirements

Grounds Keeping

Minor Repair of Equipment

Pressure Washing

Minor Pest and Weed Control

Possible Heavy Lifting/Bending/Squatting/Walking

General Construction/Demo

General Hand Tool Operation

Meet and Coordinate with Vendors

Administrative Functions

Review and Complete Work orders

Operate App for Daily Time Recording

Obtain/Order/Restock Supplies

Communicate Needs and Concerns to the CAM

Plus other work related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
High school gratuate or GED required

Previous maintenance assistance strongly desired

Able to follow through on directives and tasks

Communication - Bilingual a plus

Problem Solver

Dependable

Flexibility and adaptability

Able to manage time between tasks

Good judgment and decision making

Computer skills (MS Office) are mandatory

Pay and Benefits:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
