Job Summary

As a valued customer service representative, you will be the first line of communication for clients and customers and will interact with them over the phone. Job Responsibilities


  • Interact with clients via telephone calls, sending correspondence via emails within 24 hours and meeting with clients as needed.

  • Resolve complaints and client problems in an efficient and friendly manner with the primary goal of satisfying their needs and continuing to earn their business.

  • Provide clients with regular status updates to continuously maintain good rapport and positive client interactions.

  • Update client databases, including contact details, past complaints and resolutions,

  • Meet weekly, monthly and annual goals for call volume, client satisfaction, sales and rapid response times.

  • Analyze and set personal and departmental performance goals designed to improve client satisfaction.

  • Participate in weekly interdepartmental meetings and prepare to report on any client issues that came up during the week and how they were resolved.



Job Skills & Qualifications

Required


  • Bachelors Degree Preferred

  • Experience communicating with clients over the phone

  • Superb written and verbal communication skills

  • Fun, energetic and persuasive communication skills

  • Microsoft Office Suite ad outlook email experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills



Preferred


  • Ability to resolve conflict and de-escalate tense situations

  • Previous customer service experience
