Job Description BAE Systems is seeking a Quality Inspector III, supporting operations in Fort Walton Beach, FL. You will:
Use predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to visually inspect in-process and completed machined and assembled products such as precision electromechanical assemblies or mechanical units, subassemblies, structural flaws, internal defects, and missing welds.
Use various measuring devices and testing equipment.
Accept, reject, or rework defective or malfunctioning units or systems.
Work from blueprints, diagrams, dial indicators, preset micrometers, scales, fixtures, CMM/Romer Arm, customer, regulatory and BAE specifications, drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.
May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
Perform line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed. Required Education, Experience, & Skills HS and 4+ years' experience
Experience inspecting Aircraft Parts
Proficient with MS Office SuiteSalary Min $44,640 - Max $71,460
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $44640 - $71460 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
