As an Estimator, you'll build and nurture relationships with individual clients, enhancing both your own and the company's reputation.

The Estimator role reports directly to the Director of Preconstruction and involves regular communication with Superintendents, Project Managers, and clients.

Your primary goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by upholding core values:

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience as an Estimator
• Strong communication skills with designers, subcontractors, and clients
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience with Sub Solicitation, including using Procore and following up with phone calls
• Proficiency in managing Sub Solicitation software
• Ability to coordinate with local AHJs for required permitting
• Experience in reviewing and interpreting designs, drawings, and specifications, and raising pertinent questions
• Proficient in Take-Offs (Divisions 2-14, 31-33)
• General understanding of MEP systems
• Skilled in reviewing sub quotations for completeness
• Ability to manage small projects from start to finish, including both TI and ground-up projects
• Strong relationship-building skills within the subcontractor community
• Commitment to delivering value proposition: Safety, Timeliness, Quality, and Value

Compensation Package:

• Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000
• Car allowance: $250 per week
• Annual bonus based on personal performance and project outcomes
• 95% paid medical insurance with dental and vision coverage
